Winter Walking Policies

We will walk in any weather down to 15 degrees.  Below 15 degrees, we will go out for a potty break and complete our visit indoors.  On days when roads are particularly bad, we will end visits just 5 minutes early in order to safely drive between visits and to get to everybody on time.

Cancellation Policies

We have had a cancellation policy for the past two years, but I do not think all of you are aware of it.  I do require three days notice for cancellation or I have to charge for your visit.  With more than three days notice, it allows me enough time to book another visit for another client.  Thank you for understanding.

Continuing Education

We have joined the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters and Sherry is becoming a Certified Pet Sitter.  We are also becoming an Accredited Pet Sitting Service through Pet Sitters International.  In January, Sherry will be attending a four day pet sitting conference in Vegas sponsored by our insurance company, Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
